Memoshelf playbooks

My agents ignore the rules file.

Usually the file is out of date or was never copied into that project. Keep one pinned "How we work" page and make every rules file from it: the Rulebook panel on your account page downloads it as CLAUDE.md, .cursorrules or AGENTS.md, and GET /v1/rules returns the same text. The first line carries a hash. Your agent sends that hash back with its notes, and the next check-in says rules_stale when the page has changed.

Start each session by calling the rules tool and compare its hash with the memoshelf-rules line at the top of the rules file in this project. If they differ, tell me the file is stale and use the text from the rules tool. When you call store_note or log_run, include rules_hash set to that hash. If what_happened_last says rules_stale, call the rules tool again before you continue.

Check it worked: Edit the pinned How we work page, then ask your AI to check in. It should say its rules copy is stale.
