# First note across your stack

About two minutes for the first app; then add the others the same way.

1. Sign in. Email → emailed code. No password. No card. Free is not a trial.
2. Connect app #1. Custom connector + lane name (or key + Lane).
3. Pin one rule to the shared notebook (the team lane) so every AI you connect reads it. The instruction you repeat most → pinned there.
4. The routine: At the start of a task your AI reads what_happened_last for its lane and the pinned How we work page; at the end it writes one note.
5. Add a second app (the cross-platform moment). Connect another AI app the same way. Same account. Ask it about the pinned rule on the shared notebook — it should already know.
6. Pass work (optional): Note to another lane (or inbox + to:lane:<name>). Shows at the top of that AI's next read — even if that AI lives in a different app.
